Mapping of terminal service providers has begun
The mapping and procurement processes for the key service providers of the new joint terminal have now started. Our goal is to ensure that the terminal will offer passengers a smooth and high-quality customer experience once completed.
We are seeking, among others:
- a café operator to provide café services tailored to passengers’ needs
- an advertising space operator responsible for managing advertising surfaces
- cleaning and security services to ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the terminal
- a children’s play area provider to design a comfortable and safe, maritime‑themed play space for families
All terminal services will be procured through competitive tendering, and the procurement processes are managed by the Terminal Manager of the Port of Turku.
