Linnanaukko
The Linnanaukko area serves unitized cargo transports as well as lo-lo and bulk transports. With good road connections, the area also houses the biggest privately owned lorry terminals in the port.
The railway to the Port supports traffic and enables combining sea transports with rail trans-ports. The Linnanaukko area offers the possibility for transfer loading of railway carriages. There is also a loading area specially designed for transfer loading of long goods which allows for loading pieces as long as 120 metres.
